Where I am on the publishing of the Teasel Creatures picture books

In Personal Blog on August 4, 2013 at 2:56 PM

I have written a five chapter anthology book in picture form about the teasel creatures I create.  I have written about the history of the use of the teasel seedpods in American
manufacturing of woolen cloth.  I am looking for a publisher of the picture book.  If anyone out there can put me in touch with a publisher of children’s books I would be grateful to them for the favor.  Becky Pinckney

Lavender Bundles

These bundles came from the Provence lavender plants in our yard. It was a wet summer here in zone 8 Atlanta, so I lost a couple of large plants to the deluge of rain, even though the plants were in raised beds. The varieties I am growing this year include Fred Boutin, Goodwin Creek and Grosso. I will fill you in on which variety does the best in our setting. Teasels harvested from garden on August 3, 2013

This is a photo of the teasel seedpods harvested from my garden on August 3, 2013. I had three large clusters of plants which produced over 75 teasel heads.
